    Shipping and Returns

    Deliveries to Australia
    For Cathy’s Concepts, Beverly Clark Collection and  Kate Aspen bridal ranges and favours items shipping times are:

    • Party and non-personalised orders: 5-14 days, depending on your location. Shipping will take longer to remote and non-east coast locations. These items are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
    • Personalised and custom coloured items: 4 to 6 weeks
    • Large quantity orders and some out of stock items: 4 to 6 weeks

    Please note that these brands are not typically held in stock in Melbourne, and will therefore show up as "out of stock" in your shopping cart. When ordering these items please advise your event date or date required. We will advise you within 48 hours if the items will take longer than 14 days to deliver. These items will typically ship within 3 business days even when they are displayed as "out of stock". The exception to this is when the items need to be imported. All personalised and custom coloured items will take up to 6 weeks to deliver.

    We may ship these items to you via courier. Courier deliveries can only be made to a physical address and require someone to sign for them. Please include a comment at checkout as to a safe place your order can be left if no one is available to sign.

    For Creative Expressions themed party items:

    • Out of stock items: Up to 10 weeks. Please contact us regarding specific items as  items in this range are imported directly from the US and therefore take approximately 10 weeks to arrive.

    General Shipping Times
    For in stock items: 5-14 days, depending on your location. Shipping will take longer to remote and non-east coast locations. We will generally dispatch your items within 1 business day of your order being placed.

    All orders are subject to stock availability. Once your order is received you will be notified if any items are out of stock and the expected delivery dates for the out of stock items. If an out of stock item is no longer available from our suppliers we will notify you prior to processing your order.

    contact@wishuponastargifts.com.au . Authorised returns must be returned within 14 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Exchanges or refunds will only be issued if products are returned in their original undamaged packaging. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we made an error on your order, or an item is faulty.

    Our return policy does not apply to personalised or sale items. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the event that the item is faulty.

    The return policy does not apply to items that have been ordered from our suppliers specifically to fulfil your order (except where our supplier agrees to accept the return of the goods). At our discretion a restocking fee may be charged in such circumstances. We will advise you of any charges associated with returns.

    International Orders
    Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

    Shipping method

    Items will generally be shipped via Australia Post however, at our discretion, we may ship some items via courier. Please specify in the comments section during the checkout process a secure place your parcel may be left in the event that no one is available to sign. Items shipped via courier must be sent to a physical address and not a post office box.

    Goods and Services Tax

    All prices listed are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST is not payable on orders that are to be shipped outside of Australia. GST on international orders will be automatically deducted during the checkout process.
